West blames Russia for energy problems, forgetting who blocked the supply

Western politicians are trying to blame Moscow for their own refusal to import Russian energy supplies. British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak is one of them, saying it was Putin who ‘cut off gas supplies.’ Does Rishi have memory problems or does he consider his constituents to have the memory-span of a goldfish?
